I made these small rosemary wreaths a couple years ago and thought I would share them for the blog. I love the idea of small wreaths of rosemary used for an intimate farm to table reception and adding a tag for the guest’s name. The project is simple and a great use for overgrowing rosemary bushes (like mine) and the best part your guests can take the rosemary home and use it for a meal.
To make the wreaths you will want to cut the rosemary fresh the day of your event/wedding. You will need green floral wire, wire cutters, shipping tag and twine. Create a smallish circle with the wire, then start with one rosemary twig and rounding it around the wire and securing with a small piece of wire. Repeat this until your entire wire circle shape is covered with rosemary.
